About The Quirky Teapot

The Quirky Teapot is one of those idyllic destinations that's full of classic character. Set within the grounds of Staplehurst Grange, with it's delightful courtyard full of historic interest and beautiful rolling countryside all around, it's perfect for a delicious pot of coffee and cakes, a light lunch or one of our specialities such as Afternoon Tea.

The Tradition of Teas

Please come and join us for some English tradition. Do you know the difference between a Cream Tea and an Afternoon Tea? Well, just in case you don't (and it's a very English thing), a cream tea is a scone with cream, jam and a pot of tea, and an afternoon tea is savoury sandwiches and sweet cakes on a tea stand, also with a pot of tea.

Coffee – Lunch – Snacks

And how about a coffee outside in the sunshine, where you can enjoy the surroundings of The Grange, or tuck into a lovely lunch? So whatever you might fancy, we're sure you'll find something lovely on our menu.

Did you know you can hire The Quirky Teapot for all sorts of functions such as Birthdays, Baby Showers, small Weddings/Vow Renewals, Business Events and Wakes. We can tailor everything from food and drink, to decoration, and we can also host outdoor events in the summer.
